Guy, Elizabeth, Willow, Clementine, and Maple Pelly

In 2017, the Pelly’s visited Virginia for a wedding when they fell in love with its enchanting beauty. A year later, they moved their family from the UK and purchased this property with the dream of restoring it and transforming the historic farm into a new vineyard. After years of dedication, and the heartbreaking loss of their first viable vintage, the Pelly’s opened the Tasting Room at Merrie Mill Farm & Vineyard in May of 2021 with the desire to share their love and cultivation of art, eclectic antiques, and (of course) amazing wine!
